The service provided by the 'Hausmeister' and his crew is top-notch, with attentive assistance and timely actions. However, the dining options could be more varied, and the room balcony provides mixed views depending on the side.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms offering a stunning view of the mountains and the town. The only downside was the lack of a king bed and a small bathroom located at the top of a flight of stairs.
